England manager Thomas Tuchel announced a 25‑man squad for the UEFA Nations League matches against Croatia and Spain, leaving Chelsea forward Cole Palmer out of the list.
Palmer, 24, missed England’s September and October training camps because of a fitness concern, which contributed to his exclusion.
During the current season he has scored five goals and provided three assists in 11 appearances for Chelsea, but will have to wait until next year for another senior opportunity.
A key highlight of the squad is the inclusion of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jobe Bellingham, who receives his first senior England call‑up and will join his brother Jude in the team.
Fulham midfielder Josh King also earned his maiden senior call‑up, while Arsenal defender Ben White, Inter Milan full‑back Djed Spence and midfielder Declan Rice return after injury absences.
Manchester City forward Phil Foden and Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo are among the notable exclusions from the squad.
England will host Croatia at Wembley on 12 November before travelling to Madrid for the Spain match on 15 November, the final group‑stage fixtures of the 2026 Nations League campaign.
The announced roster lists goalkeepers Jordan Pickford, Jason Steele and James Trafford; defenders including Jarrad Branthwaite, Marc Guéhi and Ben White; midfielders such as Elliot Anderson, Jude Bellingham and Jobe Bellingham; and forwards like Harry Kane and Dominic Calvert‑Lewin.
The squad list and fixture details are drawn from England’s official announcement.
