A Nigerian hairstylist working in the United Kingdom says her visa will lapse in nine days, leaving her seeking funds to remain in the country.

She has placed her beauty business in Lagos on the market for roughly KSh2.4 million, a price that covers ten workstations, equipment and existing stock.

The entrepreneur, who uses the TikTok handle @angeldmariahbeautysalon, posted a video from a moving car that shows the interior of the salon.

She attributes the need for immediate funds to recent changes in UK immigration rules that disrupted the visa route she had planned to follow.

According to her, she had anticipated three to six months to resolve her immigration status, but the rule change accelerated the timeline.

She emphasized that she considers the United Kingdom her home and does not wish to return permanently to Nigeria.

The sale would include the salon's equipment and available stock, and she asked only serious buyers to contact her via direct message.

While thanking supporters of a GoFundMe campaign, she said her immediate priority is to secure appointments at her UK salon to generate cash flow.

Social‑media users have questioned the logic of selling a Nigerian enterprise to fund a stay in the United Kingdom.
