The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has announced 678 vacant positions covering academic, technical and administrative functions at its headquarters and campuses nationwide.
The largest share of the openings are Lecturer II posts in Nursing, with 200 positions, followed by 105 Lecturer II posts in Clinical Medicine and 20 each in several other health disciplines such as Radiography & Imaging, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Community Health and Health Records & Information Technology.
Administrative vacancies include 35 Records Management Assistants, 20 Corporate Communication Assistants, 20 Assistant Office Administrators, 10 Supply Chain Management Officers, 10 Librarians, 10 Office Administrators and 15 Administrative Officers.
Applications must be submitted online via the KMTC recruitment portal (http://recruit.kmtc.ac.ke/jobs) and the deadline is Friday 30 October 2026; hard‑copy submissions or canvassing will lead to disqualification.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide clearance documents from the Kenya Revenue Authority, the Ethics and Anti‑Corruption Commission, the Higher Education Loans Board, a Credit Reference Bureau and a valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, as required by Chapter Six of the Constitution.
