Betika announced that farmer Peter Gachau and businessman Raban Ngatia are the latest winners of its Must‑Be‑Won Jackpot, each receiving Ksh25 million.
Both men correctly predicted 13 of the 15 football matches in the final week of the eight‑week cycle, the highest score recorded for that round.
The Must‑Be‑Won Jackpot’s rules state that if no player achieves a perfect score by week seven, the prize is awarded in week eight to the player or players with the most correct predictions, even without a perfect tally.
Peter Gachau, 45, is a farmer originally from Kangari in Murang’a County now residing in Embakasi, married with three children.
Raban Ngatia, 46, runs a wooden‑door supply business serving the building and home‑improvement market from Narok to Kisii, and is also married with three daughters.
Betika’s Head of Brand Eric Mwiti explained that the eight‑week structure was designed to guarantee a payout each cycle, noting that the Must‑Be‑Won Jackpot has paid out Ksh200 million since its launch in December 2025.
The company also highlighted the role of Game Passes, which provide up to three automatic correct predictions per week, reducing the number of outcomes a player must forecast to win.
Betika reiterated its responsible‑gaming message, urging customers to bet only with money they can afford to lose and reminding that participation is not guaranteed to result in a win.
